FNMA announced yesterday that homebuyers will receive up to 3.5% credit towards closing costs. How to apply for the credit:

Offer must be submitted between 2/14/14 through 3/31/2014.
Offer must be submitted during FirstLook period (first 20 days).
Purchase must be completed by 5/31/2014.
Properties must be purchased through FNMA HomePath.
