On March 5, the Department of Housing and Urban Development released the new Federal Housing Administration loan limits set for either (1) FHA-insured loans in a specific area or; (2) Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac limits set for conventional mortgage loans in a specific area. So far Snohomish and King counties are benefiting by bumping the loan limits from $417,000 to $567,500. Other counties loan limits are $465,000 in Kitsap county, $418,750 in Clark and Skamania counties and $437,500 in Jefferson and County and $593,750 in San Juan County.
