Completing our secure online loan application.  It will take about 20 minutes from start to finish and you can follow-up with underwriting documentation once you've completed your loan application.  Once you've started the loan application  - you must complete it 100%. Else, you will have to start over again.  Below is the screenshots of step by step process for your review. 

 A text verification code will be sent to your mobile to authenticate yourself.

 Once authenticated - you will be prompted to set up your new password.

 For security - you will need to set-up additional security questions. 

Now you can start  your home loan application.

For the most parts - please follow instructions on each screen and response appropriately.  We will not pull your credit report until we have gone over your completed loan application for completeness and until we have discussed your specific situations with you. 

Please e-consent for electronic disclosure.  Most of your disclosures will be securely e-signed online and you will receive all the e-signed documents in a .pdf format delivered to your email. 

 You must select your Loan Originator (LO) here before you can proceed further. 

 If you are married or you are applying with a co-borrower - your spouse of your co-borrower will be sent a separate loan application independently of you. However, you must enter their information in this screen below.  

Here's where you start your loan application. 

If employed less than 2 years with current employer - please provide complete 2 years employment history. 

Asset Accounts - please provide source of your down payment and closing costs.  

Liabilities Section - please complete this section as completely as possible for us to provide an estimate of how much we can Pre-Approve you for. This section will be validated when you are ready to proceed by pulling your credit report.

If you are receiving gift funds at closing - please complete this section accordingly. 

You are almost there. This is the last section of your loan application. Please complete the following series of "Yes" or "No" questionnaires. 

You may upload these supporting documents later if you do not have them readily available.  You may use our secure email platform DocGuardian here to email those documents.
