UWM has partnered with Bilt to offer a mortgage rewards program that allows homeowners to earn points by making their mortgage payments on time and digitally.

To access your loan and register, visit https://www.bilt.com/p/uwm .

Registration is required to:

• View loan details and mortgage documents
• Make digital payments
• Set up recurring payments
• Earn rewards points

Once registered, borrowers can make one-time payments, set up automatic payments, and track and redeem rewards.

Important Eligibility Note

Only borrowers whose loans have been transitioned to the Bilt servicing platform can register and use Bilt. If a loan is still on UWM’s prior servicing platform, the borrower should continue making payments there until they receive notice that their loan has been moved to Bilt.

Please note that only the account with payments set up through Bilt can earn and redeem rewards.

How Rewards Work

Borrowers can earn points by making on-time digital mortgage payments through Bilt.

Eligible for points:

• Online payments made through the Bilt portal or app
• Recurring digital mortgage payments

Payments that do not earn points include:

• Late payments
• Mailed checks
• Payments made over the phone
• Payments made through bank bill-pay
• Principal-only payments
• Fee-only payments
• Escrow-only payments

Payment Options and Fees

• Bank Account (ACH): No fee
• Bilt Mastercard: No transaction fee
• Non-Bilt Credit Card (Mastercard only): Approximately 3% fee
• Debit Card: Approximately $9.95 processing fee

Due to the size of many mortgage payments, some credit card transactions may initially be declined or flagged by the card provider.
