E-signing with United Wholesale Mortgage

Our lender will send you an e-mail invitation and it will look like this:

The disclosures for the property located at 123 Main Street can be accessed electronically at: View Only Link to Borrower Signing Room

To access the link, please use the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN) and subject property Zip Code (without extension).

I will provide you with your loan number and subject property zip code (if needed). Once, you have gained access, simply follow the instructions to complete your e-signing.

Please click "Sign" and the system will automatically take you to the next point for your signature.

Some documents request check marks so simply "Click into the box" or on "Check" on the right side of the screen.

The last step in e-signing you documents is to "submit" them.

Congratulations! Once submitted, you have just completed the e-signing process. You can download or print the signed documents for your copy.
