Signs of economic recovery are here:

  1. Consumer Conference Board's Index rose .06% in July, it's fourth consecutive monthly gain.
  2. Housing Affordability Index continued to hover near its highest level in 18 years. See chart belowImage

  3. Washington state will be quicker in recovery due to our diverse economy. Most predictions expect pre-bubble recovery by 2012.
